If your package arrives damaged let your carrier know before you open it. If you are unable to do this and upon discovering the obvious damage you can contact us for further help. If something was sent in error contact us so that we may correct the oversight. In either case your satisfaction with our products is important to us and we will solve the situation.
If after you receive your order you are not satisfied you may ship it back to us for a complete refund minus shipping charges. Refunds can be made via check and mailed back to the billing address or sent back to you through PayPal.
